The location was great, really close to all the main attractions and shopping areas. , the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the daily supply of tea and coffee was a nice touch, and having complimentary water upon arrival was a welcoming gesture.
There were a few negatives to our stay. the noise from the street was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Check-in was a breeze and the friendly desk clerk, who spoke excellent English, made us feel welcome. The one-bedroom room was spacious and comfortable, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we appreciated the daily cleaning service and replacement of towels. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the Old City, Ben Yehudastreet, and Mahane market. We also loved the small kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, microwave, and refrigerator. Shamai Suites provided everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
All was good! 😊
